Moose Family Jumps For Joy When A Woman Saves Them From Alaskan Heatwave

Baby moose frolicking on your lawn is an unusual sight, but Candice Helm of Eagle River, Alaska, recently had the pleasure. Heatwave temperatures had reached a soaring (for Alaska) 21.6 C (71 F) when Helm spotted an Alaskan moose and her twin calves in distress. Her solution to helping the wild animals battling extreme weather conditions was simply genius.

“They just strolled around the house and looked really bothered by the weather conditions,” Helm told local news station KTUU-TV. “So we turned on the sprinklers, and they were happy.”

The funny animals played in the sprinkler while their mother watched on.
