No one is certain who gave the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA shelter in California $8,000 in cash. No one knew who the wonderful man was; he merely saved a lot of animals and kept his identity a secret.
Staff members at the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA were shocked to see that their contribution box was now much more full than before. Unseen, a visitor opted to make an anonymous contribution of $8,000 in the form of a wad of twenty dollar notes.
All of this money will be wisely used and help save many lives because the shelter cares for roughly 12,000 animals annually.
According to a shelter representative, The Dodo:
“This anonymous donation’s kindness is a blessing to us.”
“We want to say a heartfelt thank you to the anonymous donor. Whoever you are, I sincerely appreciate your kindness. His gift will benefit all the animals under our care.
