Man Rescues A Dog Whose Tongue Was Frozen In A Sewer

For pets left outside, freezing conditions may be dangerous. The dog was in trouble after licking a manhole cover in Vladivostok, Russia, and getting his tongue frozen to the ice covering the metal.

On that particular day, it was said to have been about 5 degrees Fahrenheit in the city.

When the poor animal was discovered, it was attempting to free itself. The man took prompt action by putting a bottle of water over the frozen region. Fortunately, the man was able to save him, and the dog reportedly managed to flee quite scared and without any additional issues.
