Guy Brings Dog To His New Girlfriend’s House And He Decides To Test Their Relationship

Dasher was rescued when he was a little puppy, and he was initially extremely placid – but not for long. He’s now a colossal bundle of energy that tries to make his presence felt wherever he goes.

“Anything he finds, he’ll eat,” Dash’s mother, Tiffany Pond, told The Dodo. “Washing on the line?” says the narrator. Please, yes! Is it a leather couch? After all, why not? Is he sleeping on his own bed? Yes, absolutely… With Dashy, nothing is off-limits. He’s like a child on steroids, and he can’t even put a glass of water on the coffee table for fear of his eager tail wagging knocking it over.”

When Pond initially started dating Dasher’s father, the pair made a point of gradually introducing Dasher and Pond’s dog, Charlie, in order to maximize the chances of the relationship succeeding. They weren’t sure how it would work out because Dasher is still a puppy and Charlie is a senior citizen. But thus far, everything has gone swimmingly.

They chose to have Dasher stay out in Pond’s small courtyard area for a while when he first came over to Pond’s house. They didn’t want him to overwhelm Charlie in his own space, so they had him hang out in Pond’s tiny courtyard area for a while.

“I have a patio running out from my bedroom that is rather stark at the moment, I haven’t really done much with the area,” Pond explained. “However, it does have a magnificent water feature with some fake grass surrounding it and a couple nice sculptures.” “I felt it would be ideal for Dashy as he adjusts to his new surroundings because he can be a little frantic indoors in new situations, and I reasoned that there was nothing he could possibly mess or ruin out there!” Good luck chewing on that Dash, it’s all brick or statue!”

Dash was placed in the courtyard with his bed, and the couple left him alone for a while. They reasoned that he wouldn’t get himself into too much trouble out there .

Dash adores his father’s new partner, but he felt it would be prudent to put their relationship to the test to ensure they were on the right road. Is this his first test? He resolved to ruin not only his bed (as he had previously), but also the entire patio.

“He’d ripped up all of the artificial grass and dug huge holes in the sand, gnawing and breaking off all of the water feature’s pipes,” Pond explained. “Just when we believed his reign of terror was finished, and he couldn’t possibly express his displeasure in any other way, we were proven incorrect!”

Dash just sat there, his hard work proudly on show all around him, as the couple assessed the damage. He didn’t appear to be in the least bit guilty.

“We couldn’t help but chuckle,” Pond added, “because he looked so innocent, as if he hadn’t just Tazzy deviled the place.” “After all, he is still a puppy, and he is still being taught; also, this is no great surprise; it is a total Dashy signature, and it is highly consistent with previous habits.”

Dasher’s death may have been a dealbreaker for some people, but it wasn’t for Pond. She already adores Dasher and would rather assist him work through his issues than abandon him. Pond is a total dog guy, which is fortunate for both Dasher and his father.

“I feel the owner’s role when adopting a dog is to be patient and empathetic, knowing that crap will be wrecked while you teach and train them through their phases,” Pond added. “When I received Charlie, I had no idea he had a slight heart stutter or eczema, and I had no idea he had a marking problem.”
