Three Orphaned Kittens Are Adopted By A Rescued Dog Who Lost Her Puppies

They discovered a dog named “Georgia” residing at a petrol station in Rocky Point, near the US-Mexico border. Sunshine Dog Rescue, situated in Phoenix, discovered her and took her to their facility.

Georgia was pregnant, but unfortunately none of the puppies survived. According to ABC Arizona, all of the babies were delivered prematurely.

Georgia was distraught and unhappy after losing all of her puppies, according to Anita Osa, founder of Sunshine Dog Rescue.

Anita stated,

“I’ve never known a mother who has lost an entire litter before. She was frantic, was the only way I could describe it. I was in such a bad mood that I was seeking for those infants. In her search for her offspring, she shattered the toddler mattress we had her on.

Anita asked for aid on social media, hoping to find any animals in need of a nursing mother, in the hopes that Georgia would begin her physical and mental rehabilitation.

That’s how they came upon a trio of orphaned kittens in desperate need of a mother to help them flourish.

Anita was first skeptical about a dog accepting babies, but she was pleasantly delighted to witness Georgia’s quick attachment with her three foster kittens.

Anita stated,

«I took my time introducing them. I took one and gave it to her to sniff, and she appeared to like it, so I brought the others. It’s incredible to watch how quickly he calmed down. “I believe Georgia is unaware that she is a dog.”

Even though Georgia’s milk supply is limited, she allows her kittens to eat.

Anita continued:

«He suckles them, he suckles them, he suckles them She cleans up after them and everything, yet the relationship between them is deep. It’s incredible to witness how she guards those kittens as if they were her own children.
