The Cute Red Fox Is Far Too Friendly To Survive In The Wild. Rather, She Chooses to Live With Her Human Family

Not every animal is suited to living in the wild. In fact, some animals thrive in human environments. Pudding, a fox cub that was too tame to be let back into the wild, is the subject of this narrative. Since of her unique conditions, the friendly cub would not survive in the wild because it had become too nice and couldn’t survive on its own.

Pudding was discovered by The National Fox Welfare Society, a small fox club in Yorkshire. The fox club is a non-profit organization that rescues and rehabilitates wounded foxes and other animals. Normally, all of their foxes are released into the wild, but Pudding was an exception.

When the club discovered Pudding, they intended to integrate her with the other foxes right away, but something unexpected happened. A tree crashed into the enclosure just as they were going to place her in it, blocking the entrance. Pudding was forced to stay inside the home while they worked on the fallen tree.

The other foxes in the enclosure were unharmed, although chopping down the tree took some time. It was too late by the time the entry had been cleaned. Pudding had already become overly dependant on her human caregivers, who had been hand-feeding her due to the lack of a proper cage.

Take a look at Pudding in the image above. She is really lovely. This cub has wonderful golden eyes and a lovely red fur coat, and he looks like a puppy.

The group attempted to incorporate her into many litters of foxes, but it proved unsuccessful. Pudding had become too used to people and had concluded that she belonged indoors. The fox could not be put back into the wild due to her unique conditions.

The fox club had a brilliant idea at that point. Rather of forcing Pudding to return to the wild, they would provide her a new career. Pudding was named the organization’s official ambassador, and she has been a permanent resident ever since.

Humans found the fox to be highly lively and loving. Like a dog, she welcomed her handlers with yips and waggled her tail. Pudding became the club’s trademark image as a result of her cute features. The lovely fox was featured on all of their products (mugs, T-shirts, etc).
